I’m not sure how much that would’ve affected their ticket sales. AEW product is at an all time low in popularity since its debut. They should just focus on selling out large NBA arenas for big shows and continue with these smaller venues for their weekly shows. Untill the product picks up again in a yearly consistency then they should run large venues to compete with WWE. Once they get to a point where they can sell out or consistently sell 80ish percent of an average nba nhl arena for weekly shows. They shouldn’t run stadiums or anything like. All it does is falsely represent the company and bring more bad attention to the product when they don’t need it. But that’s because you have a dork like Tony Khan in power.
