How about your Halloween weekend?
In the first half of October, I went to Okinawa, "a place like Hawaii for the Japanese," for a photo shoot, and in the second half, I challenged myself to do 2 cosplays for Halloween.
Although I was very active during the month, my herniated disc is not completely healed. My friend, a physical therapist, told me that the current treatment policy is to take medication and wait for the herniated disc to heal naturally, so I will keep working hard even though I still have numbness in my legs.
