The reason for this is because we want to make sure we're only sending these out to patrons who actually want them and that we're shipping to active addresses that actually exist. We had more than a few posters bounce back to us the last time we shipped out a quantity of perks and we'd rather not have that happen again because putting things in envelopes is a huge pain in the facemeat.
