I wonder how hard it is for a remote viewer to take a closer look at the sites he saw in previous sessions? Dick mentioned a flash/bright/loud incident in the dome, but if it was a gunshot, shouldn't the staff call 911 first and get local law enforcement involved? Could it be a flash/bright event that the scientist saw through their telescope?

Yes agreed, that incident sounds very like the one re the round building. "The FBI Mysteriously Close New Mexico Observatory. Staff have been evacuated and the FBI has sent agents and a Blackhawk helicopter to the site, without telling anyone what's going on."

Probably a good guess for the referred to dome structure...Perhaps even the Capital Building in DC, or St. Peter's Basilica at the Vatican...Just guesses until something of note happens. We'll keep an eye peeled in the meantime.

I’m not clear on what “90 day window” means: So, if you see something happening on December 1st, does your 90-day window extend 90 days prior (Sep 1st) to 90 days afterward (March 1st)? [That’s 180 days - probably NOT what you meant.] Or (again using December 1st example) does it mean 45 days prior (October 15) to 45 days after (January 15)? [90 days total.] Or (December 1st again) does it mean December 1st - March 1st! [90 days AFTER the date.] I think it’s really important that I know what you mean by “90 day window” so I can accurately understand what you are seeing.

3 platforms becoming one very interesting concept wonder which 3 that might be?? There was just yesterday a raging fire at the National Museum in Rio de Janiero, Brazil. Link to a story in Portuguese, but the picture shows the outline of the Museu. It's not dome topped but more of a peak. Still.
