I've been taking C60 for quite awhile and the first thing I noticed was greater mental clarity and faster cognition. I have done cross word puzzles for a long time and often had to cheat. Since taking C60 the answers just pop into my mind, almost like ESP. Also general improvement to health. I am 75 and still do masonry work like a much younger man.

Paula, have you ever purchased C60 from BuckyLabs? What method are you using to make your C60? I just looked for C60 powder and cannot find it on any of the sites I have found. Red Lion has two interesting newsletters on C60 and the scarcity of it now.

I just became a Patreon Dick, and I've been making my own C60 for over a year now. Anyone tried the Wim Hof method you probably won’t need anything after mastering that.

Be aware Dick! There is a brief (10 day) period where C-60 does some kind of cleansing. The initial shock causes some discomfort. I am surprised Ken didn't mention it. clif does discuss it. I've been on C-60 for 14 months (62 when I started) and at the beginning the pain in my knees was almost unbearable. Sort of like gout in a toe. Other than that, the benefits are quite something as you guys discussed. My knees and joins rarely bother me anymore.

Taking it since about half a year on daily base. Great stuff. When I stop taking it for 3 days and then take it again, I immediately feel the difference. Also good to eat an apple with it or drink H2-water.

Read the FAQ of this at least and you will see that this scheme is totally opposite of what cryptos stand for. "only name and address" are valuable data. Dion, start making kefir at home. Best if you find raw milk from grass-fed cows. I know several people who were suffering greatly, couldn't sleep, and so on who stopped with the medications, ate sauerkraut, and drank kefir. Immediate relief. Now they don't even bother with the sauerkraut but are religious with making and consuming kefir, albeit with regular, pasteurized milk.

Took quality organic C60 for a year, felt absolutely no difference unfortunately. Made ibs symptoms worse due to the amount of oil. Not buying any more of this. It’s a no from me.

I have been taking C60 ( not Purple Power due to $$ / Cryptos ) and I do have a Hydrogen Water Bottle like Clifs, and have been taken the Niagen for the last 2 Months, and feel GREAT. I do take a Bee Pollen Supplement, Pollen Burst , that has the SOD ( &amp; Vit, D ) he mentioned. I have been taken that for a few years now. as well as the Beyond Tangy Tangerine. My husband &amp; I have been in c60 over 1 year - For me, it removes major afternoon into evening brain fog never to return again. I have been taking it for a year. My eyesight has improved. One caveat—if you are very toxic, you can have a very negative reaction when starting it. I had to back off (stop taking it for two weeks) and re-start with a drop and ramp up slowly to two teaspoons every day. It will help your dog(s) too with their inflammation — at a smaller dose of course.
