If you look closely the New picture clearly shows the Stone (in each column) is in 4 Separated Sections that have been pieced together. To create the "Mirrored" effect. It bears resemblance with a tomography, and at the same time its left and right side seem to have been mirrored along an axis. The symmetry is just too perfect to be natural.
