- An industrial accident in mid-west city US. Explosive refinery? Mill? Possible loss of life. Inner city, St. Lois? St. Lewis? Inner city scope, trains, buildings, not the cleanest place. Fire breaks out? National news, city request federal assistance. Declare emergency?
- One of the "M's": Missouri, Minnesota, Midwest, Michigan?
- In the downtown area fires, jobs lost, refinery? Steel mill? Old facility.
- Industrial park, industrial area with water ways, shipping tankers. Chemical explosion?
- Industry trains, delay in output. City takes hit. Clean-up could take months or years. Big hit to this industry.
