My take is that Dick hit it on the head on his first viewing. Now for the second viewing I believe we are getting bleed over from XYO and how the location confirmation may tie into how the overall system will all encompassing. Take the Hedera Hashgraph roll out and how it will tie into XYO on one side DNA data collection on another, Theta token helping the supercomputing, and Ai joining them and several other things all together. We will have our own personal hashgragh that encompass all facets of what we know, prefer, and what we will likely before we even do it.

was it tasked as DNA or encrypgen? Could there be bleed-in from just DNA in general? Having searched DNA and Asia \ China, I came across this. As far as I understand from the DNA website, the DNA tokens are not the main focus of the team at all. The tokens were designed as a tool to help transfer genetic data between research teams. Precisely as Riordan saw. It could develop into a global information system where every man, woman and child had their genetic data stored on the blockchain. As understanding of genes improve, it could become possible to predict if a child generated by a given man and woman would likely become a healthy human, who would be a profitable asset for the owners of the planet. Thus the information stored with DNA could be used to decide if that child should be born or not. So the DNA data could in the future control if it should be stop or go, life or death for that child/fetus. As Riordan saw.
