At 4 minutes in he mentions an IRS code? language / "loophole" that is available to everyone and doesn't say what it is or how to use it!!! He said it was put in the code 30 years ago and "insiders" are usiing it. Says he just wants to help people.. So... what is it and how do we do it? It is probably what is free on Http://losthorizons.com
Also.. I had the volume at 100% and still had a hard time hearing through the static : (
