Will surely follow these developments as Veritaseum is an interesting project it has its system in place although it was ordered to stop sections these sections of code and the system is in place. One of the few projects I wish would push thru since it in part solves the illegality of paper contract trading. Thank you providing the information on what seems to be a hit job.

John the uncertantity is ALLOWED and PREFERRED now. Think of all the freaking money pouring into and out of the crypto market. With no regulation, it is free reign to do whatever they want to do with no consequences or possibility of prosecution. A big company could just stuff their pockets like mad. They do too that's why they are attempting to shake Reggie down. The price tanked and now shares can be collected for a fraction of what the "service" VERI provides is worth. So We'll see how it goes. JSnip even got a nod in the response from the VERI legal team. His YouTube video from 2017 was referenced in the suit on the testimony pages.

Those who attempt to destroy VERI know it will destroy their old greedy ways. VERITASEUM (Veritas meaning Truth) will basically destroy market rigging by rendering exchanges useless. Some of those criminals in high places know this and try to get in cheap, while some others take a last stand to save the global empire of debt. Futile attempt, though. No matter what will happen to VERI, 'the dates cannot be changed', as old wisdom says.

I agree. The charges are much more serious than just selling an unregistered security. There are a lot of fraud charges and mishandling of assets. Those will not be as easy to shake as the unregistered security charge. I'm not selling yet though....

Veri and PPT were Clifs top pics. Veritasium is an important project to look into. One of the main problems has been the lack of regulatory certainty. If nothing else what's going on right now will end the uncertainty...

I never bought into veritasium, there is no need. There is so many good projects why bet on a long shot on veritasium.There is a psychic medium who said that Veritasium was like throwing money to a blackhole. Sharon Michelle said that it will have problems and stay away from it.

Hi there all, hold your horses, I also think this( SEC) is an inside job , just like the Epstein case. (happened at the same time !!). I kept the ico tokens but the funny thing is , 2 weeks before, I had a gut feeling to sell some. when this shit all happened , I got scared and I sold some ( which I had bought at an expensive price). Still if they go 1 to 1 with BTC, I will become a whale, may be a Bow head or a Beluga, the former is better as they live up to 2 hundred years.

For sure. I bellied up to the bar too. If Clif's data is correct with a 1 to 1 on BTC to VERi then thats a real deal!

Bought some more at 7 $ two days ago. Same price as I bought them at the ICO. Boy was that a complicated process back then. My gut tells me VERI isn't going away soon.
