You need to re-do this instruction on how to transition to the new site. One part says not to cancel, the next part says TO cancel. No clear difference is given as to what is what. I know myself as a $9.95 subscriber. You use all these terms that don't mean anything to me. I have done remote viewing over 10 years ago, you address "remote viewers" but I know this has an internal meaning to you that probably doesn't address me. You should make your how to migrate & who to cancel based on the following info. Simple and easy to comprehend for all persons on this site: If you are paying x, y, z subscription amounts, you need to follow the steps as given in sub section A. If you are paying a,b, c amounts, you need to follow the steps listed in sub section B.

i will register my account at the new site tomorrow and then cancel my patreon subscription here. However, i will not re-subscribe/upgrade to the visionary tier over at the new site until crypto payments become available there (even before the switchover to the private site got announced my intention was to skip May and then re-subscribe again in June or July, depending on my financial situation, but seeing as i have more money in cryptos than in fiat i think i will actually subscribe to CV more often than before once i'm able to pay in crypto...)

I have concerns about Paypal. I decided not to use it anymore....and their site made it very, very, very hard to cancel. It seemed like a deliberate ploy on their part. So, they lost my respect. We understand this but what happens when Patreon goes away? Goes down? This move is to prevent the loss of communication amongst the group. Censorship will rise and all public/semi private channels will be limited and monitored. To prevent this we have been planning on this for over a year. Edd@HQ

No, reread the post! Viewers, I.e. the lowest tier, are being invited on Saturday. We are billed by Patreon on Friday. If you are in the Viewers tier, sit on your hands and be patient. We are the last group to be invited. The ones who should be cancelling their Patreon subscription are the higher tiers that have already joined the new site.

I agree that the instructions are not clear. There is mention of the new website but no url is given. We are told to cancel our Patreon subscription but no instructions are given on how to subscribe and pay for the new site. Please, more attention to making this user-friendly.

I think a discord channel would be much better for mobile users than a website forum. I can't see myself logging into a mobile site that often. A few other crypto patreons are already on discord.

I think cryptoviewing will lose a lot of custumers by this confusion ..we are in a time every thing is uncertain we dont need more uncertainy from these little things our minds already saturated..from the stock market to gold to crypto . If we are inadvertently charged again for another month here on Patreon whilst we wait to be given the new URL (on or after Friday the 1st of May), are you going to credit that payment toward our first Month on the new website? Or do you have a suitable alternative suggestion?

Okay. So I’m at the Viewer level. So I need to wait to be invited on May 1st and then go cancel my Patreon account. But that means I will have just paid for another month on Patreon for nothing right? Is the private site going to be equal access to all? Or are there to be different levels (paywalls)? I for one appreciate the effort you have made to go private. It is technically challenging and someone has to be on alert to keep the site as close to 100% uptime as possible. Hopefully because you no longer have to pay a cut to Patreon you can come to a reasonable and equitable amount so everyone is on an even playing field and no one has to sit and wait and hope for data that come from those who pay more. A bit of a circus actually. Thanks for all of your efforts ô¿ô

You only need to be concerned about cancelling your Patreon subscription if you are already a new member to the new site.
