Hi Neth, just upgrade your level to Viewers. From your user icon in the top right go to "Manage Subscriptions" and change level. Select the Viewers tier and your've good to go.

Going to Manage Memberships and clicking edit brings a pop up with two choices: manage tiers and go back - no option to cancel. I've emailed cust svc twice and they keep telling me to go to Active Memberships, Manage memberships, edit and cancel - but that flow through doesn't appear to exist.
