It is now in the open.  In 2015 Anthony Fauchi approved $ 3.7 million to fund virus research project in a laboratory in Wuhan. Money from US taxpayers. He also is documented in Georgetown university in 2017 saying that there will be a surprise pandemic outbreak (in the video 3:40).
