Our take is that there has been and administrative level of people who are planning events and developments very early prior to implementation. This might take more than one generation. We think that the names of the individual banks do not really matter as there are structures in the background (like PE companies such as BlackRock) who own all parties and move players. It terms of Aladdin, there is nothing special about it, it does nothing different to other IM solutions / products out there. Typically most IM Org's use multiple best of breed technologies (software) in different areas working together. What is slightly different about BlackRock (kudos to the CIO & CTO), but by no means unique, is the effort they've put in to ensure all data is within the data warehouse, where it can be mined, but not necessarily mined by Aladdin itself, there are best of breed technologies out there to do this. You will be surprised just how messed up IT is in most IM Orgs.

In terms of BlackRock's business model, it is no different to the plethora of other Investment Management (IM) organisations out there. Are you guys purchasing Hbar through Caleb and Brown? Other exchanges? I’m looking for cold storage that supports Hbar wallet before purchasing. Ledger is working on adding it but doesn’t have it yet. Trevor doesn’t support. I figured on just keep purchasing XRP and XLM until Hbar cold wallet available. Thoughts? As a side information, I remember in 2018 one of the former german politicians who wanted to candidate in 2018 as new party leader of CDU, was since 2016 chairman of BlackRock daughter company in Germany. The daughter would go around the house saying things like, "Rich people don't get rich using their money, they get rich using other people's money." She went on to work for BlackRock in Asia right before the big push into the Asian market. I went on to lose my house in the 2008 pump and dump. Recently, my friend stopped by to chat and she asked about where I was investing. When I told her "cryptocurrencies", she relaxed and said, "Oh good!" I thought it unusual at the time because folks usually say, "Huh?" when I answer them. She must have had some clues.

This was wonderful! Finally we get to talk about financial and what the hell us going on! I can totally see the reset happening now with something as close to home as the change in our tax code last year. Looking at way the numbers change from the tax brackets to something as simple as the standard deduction, I can see that it really benefited the younger population. They were the winners. The losers were boomers especially if they lived in a high taxed state like Alaska, California, Hawaii or New York. From my point of view, it looked like they are going to reset wages and cost of goods based on those numbers. I’ve been saying this for a long time, especially to my parents. This is a war of generations. Boomers Vs everyone else. Coming back from so may Blockchain events (Vegas Included). It really confirmed it for me. I and everyone my age and younger know this and we can’t wait to buy a house. Yes, people are going to loose there jobs, but on the flip side to that. That same person who looses their “dumb” job may create his own. We will see a rise in small business as technology sky rockets. There have micro loans ready to roll out. There is money being prepared for this! You can soooo see this in the generational astrology I’ve been trying to tell everyone. It’s there. My kids are going to stem roll more ideas and their children will fine tune those new ideas!
