Good evening folks. So another week closer to the end of the year and 2020. I can't believe how fast it's gone. Last week we had the FOAM crypto go out, another part of the DeFi Network. Dick and our friend had a little one on one about it for the Founders.
Tomorrow is PART II of the BIG PICTURE with Dick, Dennis and our Friend. He's been quite talkative these days, I wonder why? There are several new discussions coming, I don't suppose something has hit a bit of a nerve with him and he's talking. Maybe we're closer than we think? Hmmm...

Amish LIPO C
No blender or electric needed, just a mason jar.
Take a one quart mason jar and add in:
7 TBS of sunflower lecithin powder
3 TBS vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)
Recap and shake jar to mix the dry powders together.
Then add 3 cups distilled water,
Recap and shake vigorously.
Add 1 tbs c60 or vegetable glycerin, reshake and leave on counter overnight.
Next morning shake for 30 seconds, and viola fully liposomed Vitamin C. Good for 10 days in the fridge.
Even tested it with the water and baking soda method. Barely any foam, indicating its about 85-90 liposomed encapsulated. No need for expensive ultrasonic or complicated systems.
VITAMIN C BENEFITS
Your body can only absorb as much oral Vitamin C as your limited number of nutrient transporters can carry — from the digestive system to the bloodstream, and then from the bloodstream to the cells.
The amount of non-liposomal Vitamin C absorbed in the blood decreases dramatically as the dose size increases. Of a 20 mg dose, 19 mg (98%) can be absorbed. Of a 12,000 mg dose, only 16% (1,920 mg) is absorbed, with all that excess causing some major gastric distress when it leaves the body.
Vitamin C is water-soluble, so your body can’t store any excess when it gets left behind in either the blood or the digestive system. That’s why so much of the vitamin content from pills, powders, and even foods is passed as waste. And where it gets abandoned dictates the way your body passes it.
