As Ripple seems to be all about Bank to Bank and its all instant transfers, I dont see how this will make XRP holders rich. As its instant, xrp can have any value and the banks are merely using it as a token of exchange. Ripple make the $$$ from selling the software to banks and you make 0 from that. The only hope for XRP holders is if the banks were to Hold onto XRP longer, hedge with it. That might drive price directions. However if Ripple became a means of exchange for non banks that also could be a way to drive prices. The only thing wrong with XRP is the XRP army. We don't have a choice as to which coin will be in the future. We only have the choice of participating with that coin.

I work in fintech and do a bit of work with the security folks. Something to think about: Most banks transact between one another using antiquated protocols. Think of all the hacking and fraud that goes on in the crypto space. Now imagine all of the hacking and fraud occurring between financial institutions themselves. Hacking against legacy, brittle, and poorly-protected systems. Hacking that is often never reported. Enter Ripple.

Had a look at the Japanese “moneytap” website. Mostly in Japanese however it just looks like a fiat based payment app, you are not paying in xrp but local currency. it’s just a token used on the backend to help the banks settle. So if end users aren’t trading in xrp how does the value of ripple increase

I’ve held ripple a long time. I sold off about 50% of mine at a reasonable price before it tanked. Personally I still believe they don’t really give too hoots about hodls in xrp. It’s just a token. They used the initial cash flow from selling the coins and I’m sure they are now beholden to their Fiat based investors. What i’d love to know is if xrp is used in the end users payments app or is the app using local currencies and xrp is some technical medium for exchange. Something about ripple makes me feel like not going to be that store of value in these cross border payment systems.

Hi and thanks for this CV session which I believe points to Ripple's future and not perhaps to XRPs as they are not the same. A better job / analysis of both for subscribers and everyone in general should have been made as its key to understanding what one is investing in when it comes to the XRP token. I believe one is not able to invest in the company of Ripple as its geared towards big money investment. You made mention that We all will know when to sell XRP and when the market would turn down. Well I have rode cryptos up from late 2016 and back down to where we are today. The sole reason I have become a visionary member is so that you guys will give me a heads up when the next down turn will (approximately) occur so I don't have to watch my portfolio go down 90% and I can temporarily get out and capture some of those profits.

Interesting results, I recall that Dick wasn't fond of XRP at all in his previous YT videos. And yes, I did stay away from it because his arguments against it were quite convincing so far. Not sure what to make out this by now.
