Finished listening, the one thing I learned was the issue when china lifts the restrictions a flood of the sick will spread across the globe. I didnt hear anything else I already didn't know. i can't get emotional about the "plan" to depopulate. I didnt follow the logic of using a virus instead of wars. Yes, be alkaline, i have not had a sore throat even in 4 yrs just eating fruit and vegetables. Talks with confidence but again nothing i didnt already hear on the internet.

Hi everyone. It came to me very clearly today that it would be a good thing to start encouraging people on social media to stay mentally strong during this time. We are now bracing for impact and people are in various states of denial and panic. When the reality sets in I think there may be suicides that I feel can be prevented with encouragement and mental support from the group. Do what you can to fortify your health (rest well, eat healthy, take vitamins, exercise). Plan for shelter in place for at least a month so purchase foods that will keep a while, purchase cleaning products that will help you to combat germs (think of all the places you touch and try to keep them disinfected).

Open borders didn't explode the population. Those people were already born. They just existed in another place. The most vulnerable to any disease is the elderly and those with deficient immune systems (which is many people that suffer from ailments such as diabetes, heart disease, high or low blood pressure, etc. These are generally older people who are a higher social cost to society which means they are no longer producers (working as much) but cost society in medical care and social security type payments. Coincidently, the most elderly are less likely to adopt crypto currency.

It seems to me that dense areas of population is actually easier to lock down the most amount of people (on purpose), so being "safe" may not be the correct word because you are assuming those in charge have your best interest at heart. You don't see them going out on the country side and locking down people that live far away from neighbors.
