If it can be proved that the virus is engineered by a CCP-controlled entity and that the spread of the virus from that entity is at best due to routine failure, it could open for litigation by the injured parties with claims for economic damages and losses. Such a possible scenario might be a motivating consideration for withholding relevant information. The claims must of course be calculated in Bitcoin.
