Is there any past RV data that would support David Wilcock's claim that phones and Internet will go down for 3 days while sealed indictments are opened and people are arrested?

Thank you for the awesome work as always! Is the unitary approach more accurate than binary? I had thought without a 2nd target, results can sometimes be interpreted to resemble the only target. In this case if there's a second target and it's something drastically different, say a ladybug on a leaf, then we know all 7 viewers hit target 1 with little doubt.
