When ground liquifies, that happens more towards the flat lands or at a fault line, if downward pressure from buildings(cities) or if downward pressure imbalances between flat lands and hills/mountains is present. I had an interesting aha moment when watching Hitomi's session re liquefaction, could this be a possible explanation for the mudfloods buildings?? In pictures where they show evidence of buildings where their windows are at ground level etc, rather than being caused by mud floods (which I always imagined would have caused more damage assumedly from a certain direction etc.) is it possible that it was from a liquefaction event? Liquefaction might cause a more even subsidence of buildings & those that had a tilted damaged subsidence might have been removed?????
