So we're still in limbo as far as a new 'leader' here in the US. How long will it take? Who knows but the campaign run by the MSM has been absolutely despicable. How can anyone listen to that dribble and not feel sick to their stomachs? And then how can the la covida loca story be taken as truth? So much disinformation, I tell everyone to just turn it off period. Not worth the energy, I will not allow myself to resonate any of this babble n bullshit. I am not a repeater (you hams know what that means).
So with so much uncertainty, what do we do? How do we approach this? The key is to look in, not out. Don't let the distractions make your frequency change. Stay the course and be that light and stability that all of those around you need. We are examples and are being watched every day. So cancel all negative contracts and put them behind you and yours. For good, forever.

So this morning a great YT video came up in my suggestions and it is really worth your attention. Nutrition and diet are sooo important in how we respond to the day to day stressors in our life. Our health is directly impacted with what we eat, so this documentary is a great reason to get on a better trajectory with your diet.
Part of the program discusses results from a British prison which found that inmates who took vitamin supplements were thirty three (33%) less prone to violent behavior. Nice numbers huh? But truly fascinating.
Conclusion :
1. Decrease Sugar Intake (not fruits)
2. Eat more protein rich diet
3. Decrease fat intake (not good fats like omega 3)
4. Eat more veggies than processed food
