A World leader steps up. Does not feel US. More Mid East.
New leader? Announcements made.

This person is not used to the spot light like this. They might be new.

Bur he is bringing something to the world stage as an announcement.
The Announcement or stance feels very strong.
Is it a big change?

Forces moved.
Strategic.

Syria? Israel? Iran? - It's one of these countries.

I hate to say it, but this talk feels aggressive. Like stating there is or has been a movement or restructuring of military forces.

This is big tension in this part of the world.

Makes me think they will approve the next stimulus at this time and make it into a Christmas present theme.

New Year's Eve. Bright lights, virtual event. "Lights" theme. New York cancelled, this is very significant to people, this change.

A global televised New Year with a new theme. The call for peoples of the world to unite in the name of Covid.

This message is not new. It's the way it will be used on New Years Eve to bring the start of 2021.
