• 1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
• 2. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age who are members of the 'Monthly Models' Patreon Tier.
• 3. To be eligable to recieve the prize you must have an email associated with a Lychee Account. This account cannot have any current Lychee Licences.
• 4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
• 5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
• 6. The prize draw is free to enter.
• 7. The prize will be a 3 month Lychee Pro licence.
• 8. Five winners will be drawn at random from particpants who answer the quiz correctly.
• 9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• 10. The decision of MrModulork regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
• 11. Winners will be notified after 24 October 2023 via the Patreon direct messages. MrModulork will attempt to contact the winner by Patreon direct messages up to two times.
• 12. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win and provide an appropriate email address within 48 hours of the second message, they will lose their right to the prize, and MrModulork reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
• 13. Please allow 14 days for receipt of the prize.
• 14. An announcement of the winners Patreon username will be made via MrModulork's Patreon Feed
• 15. MrModulork does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered byany entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
• 16. MrModulork does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
• 17. MrModulork reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
