I need to warn anyone looking at the Electroneum Wallet, they get you to deposit money into their wallet then when you try to move your crypto or transact they lock it demanding you complete KYC. I have no issue doing KYC but they keep rejecting my documents that are correct. It's been more than a month and my supplied documents (rejected twice) are official bills that I have used at the bank for proof of residence. I went onto their Twitter and almost everyone is experiencing the same issue. Locked out of their wallets and no access to their funds for months. Personally, the support team have ignored all my support tickets for feedback and assistance. The only response was when I commented on an Electroneum video on Twitter but when I DM'd them they reverted back me saying "use the Google Form" to escalate your concern which I had done twice before plus many support tickets on top of that. STAY AWAY FROM THE ELECTRONEUM WALLET - ITS ALL A SCAM! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY under the guise of KYC regulations. Have a looked at the comments from this Electroneum Twitter post. Is this how a successful company treats their customers? I don't think so. I did see something on their telegram recently saying they were going to put a staking reward increase to a vote so looks like it went through
