how will XRP actually pull this off in a sea of endless crypto chains? not saying you're wrong but I just can't wrap my head around what method will be used to maintain control over this tech (note: I know history shows "" always get the upper hand)

Dick is exactly right. Crypto has no backing but the FEELING of those who paid what they paid, believing it is a fair price. JUST like the stockmarket prices which fluctuate on confidence or fear daily.. Also supply and demand. When the other 80% of the people on the planet wake up to cryptos, the DEMAND will send the prices vertical alone... Buckle up cryptomerians! It will be epic.

Bullshit I brought Bullion with dollars yesterday! So what is crypto backed with? I think the Fed works with and is aligned with the US Govt in reality. Petrie dish manipulators are there and have been in our history but they are used by the creator to manifest a just world among other things.

Question: I'm a believer of Prigogine's theory of dissipative structures - the more complex a system the less energy it takes to disrupt it... etc. But, I'm curious, since what you're describing implies the reallocation of trillions of dollars (or some value denominator) from THE FEW to THE MANY. Will THE FEW not put up a fight? If so, any thoughts on what that resistance might look like, what we should be on the look out for? Or, do THE FEW already have a plan to game this new paradigm and reestablish control over the mid to long term? All comments appreciated. Also, thanks for the heads up on BAO... my wife is very impressed that we now hold hundreds of thousands of something called "BAO".

Dick, thank you for this information. A couple of follow up questions, if I may? 1. Taxes -- specifically, income taxes in the US. Right now, it takes an extraordinary amount of tracking to figure out capital gains (short or long) which limits crypto utility. Who is going to buy some groceries with DGB when each transaction must be reported as a gain/loss for tax purposes? 2. Nation-states. Regarding the collapse of a currency; this does not necessarily mean the end of a nation. If that were the case, Argentina would no longer exist :-) I agree that the USD is on its last legs; but currently there is a push by central banks to create CBDC's. The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank just rolled out theirs not too long ago; but the countries which comprise its members are still in existence. A new currency does not necessarily portend the end of a nation; so any further insight you can share would be warmly appreciated. 3. When? I understand you may not be privy to a specific date; but do we have a ballpark estimate? As someone based in the US, I really look forward to not having to pay meticulous attention to all the paperwork and tracking of cryptos -- my accountant, however, may not be so thrilled. The question is : if stocks, dollars , gold , etc have a value of zero after the default , why and how cryptos become suddenly so valuable ?? they should have the same intrinsic value of default dollar : zero !! Just because Visa/MC accept them ?? So China/Russia destroyed the dollar just to change to another US crypto bubble "currencies " , just because US says so ?? I can't wait to see some Russia hackers creating chaos in all cryptos !!
