So ... what kind of very bad inflammation problems precede your severe migraines ?

Ed another action you can take up is running at the onset of your headache your dilated veins snap to normal size as they detect the increase in blood flow. It will be unconforatable at first but it should subside quickly.
Doing both is excellent.

Interesting. I have been getting headaches for years now. If they get bad enough, I will get bags of frozen vegetables out of the freezer and put them on my head and neck.

Wim Hof is great. I have been taking cold showers for over 1.5 years. Immune system boost. And breathing exercises.

We have to be comfortable with being uncomfortable especially at a emotional level. I am not joking but this is true power.

Put your head in a bucket of ice water with a tube to breathe. Then you can ascertain if the whole body is needed or just cool the head?

Ed night sweats mean your body is getting rid of something, headaches are a manifestation that you need to stop and do something different. What do you eat?

Was there anything that happened before or when you had the first headache? You could just do the cold then hot or just cold therapy on your head so localized treatment?

Reminds me of swimming in Lake Baikal every couple of years. It would be interesting to measure the temperature of the water over that half hour. I would recommend to have supervision in case of heart problems.

Heart rate variability breathing works wonders in addition

Vimeo links are not working with Patreon from the app after the last update. Super annoying. The way around I found was to use a browser from the mobile.

Wow, Edward! What a powerful "sharing"! ..and so happy for you that you are rid of those migraines. I have had some very minor experience with taking cold showers and they work on my back stiffness like nothing else. Going outside our comfort zones is truly something that is sorely lacking in modern "normal" culture. ....Well done! Excellent!
