Do you ever think it’s weird that Bella Goth will go from Willow Creek all the way to Sulani for a morning jog? How about the fact that stray animals can only be found in Brindleton Bay?
This mod aims to fix those quirks and many others by changing how the game spawns Sims for various situations!
After installing the mod, features can be tweaked through an in-game menu that you can find by shift-clicking on any mailbox with testingcheats enabled:


Each setting has a short description, and they can all be enabled/disabled to your liking. Some pack-specific settings (like Animals Everywhere) will not be available if you don’t own the respective pack.After changing any setting, a restart of the game is required.
The mod also includes some small changes and fixes that are always enabled. These are done through scripting and don’t override any resources, so they won’t cause issues with other mods:
• Actual Neighbor Situations:
Fixes some situations in the game that ,have the “neighbor” suffix attached to them in the code, but their filters aren’t properly implemented to check whether the Sims are actually neighbors.
• Bouncer Spawning Fix:
Fixes bouncers spawning on the VIP doors from Get Famous which has been broken since god knows when. They spawn in shifts every few hours and if you happen to travel to a lot between two shifts, they will not spawn until the next shift comes. Now the game will spawn them everytime you travel to a lot that has a VIP door.
• Homeless Park Sleepers:
There’s a base game situation that spawns a Sim wearing dirty clothes in parks. They usually just walk around and sleep on benches. I’m not a fan of the implied stereotype of “dirty homeless person” behind this, and it’s even weirder that the default filter for this situation is any sim with the Erratic trait.
I want to replace this situation entirely in the future, but for now I just changed the filter to be only homeless sims, so you won’t see your own Sims sleeping on a bench at the park.
• Spellcasters for Magic Portal:
Fixes random Sims jogging towards the magic portal in Glimmerbrook and just disappearing (it’s implied that they’re travelling to the Magic Realm). Now only actual Spellcasters will do that.
• No Children at the Gym:
Fixes children spawning at the gym.
• No Fake Vampires:
Fixes the generation of fake vampires with terrible outfits that walk around as pedestrians at night. Actual existing vampires will be used instead.
• No Vampires in Moonwood Mill Bar:
Fixes vampires spawning at any bar lot in Moonwood Mill. Bars placed in that world have a higher chance of spawning occult sims and, due to an oversight, this happens to includes vampires. I don't think vampires are interested in going to the werewolf town at all.
