So if you are a tier two you had a additional subtraction to $5 to the total price, and for tier threes you subtract $10 from the total price. The default sale is for 2 characters and a background, if additional characters want to be added it would be the regular cost for them, so for full colors it's $20.00 for each additional character. The sale gives you one free additional character and a free background.
