Paypal has been restricted in Russia, so I won't be able to withdraw money to it. So I will freeze the Patreon payment system for a while until they get it back. You will be signed up for the same level act but you won't be charged.
Good news:
I've found a counterpart to Patreon. My main income now depends on Patreon, so I had to do something. This analogue became the Russian site Boosty. My brother and I checked it out and you can sign up people overseas there. Not much different than Patreon, but at least it works!
