I think the chapters will have titles this time, CH1 is tentatively entitled: After Christmas. Not super exciting, I know, but I've got to orient those darn readers. ๐
I doubt you expected anything else from me, but I go right for the feels in chapter one. Here's an excerpt from near the end of the chapter, where Briana makes her sibling cry. (so uncalled for!)
โI feel like stuff is changing. We just got to where everybody is happy,โ Melody said.
โHey, look at me.โ Briana gazed up at Melody earnestly. โI will always love you. Did you see how Mom looked at Kiara? Thatโs how I feel about you. Youโre my hero, Big Sib.โ
Chapter 2's title is currently "Puppy Briana", so who knows what trouble our favorite rugrat is getting herself into, just one chapter into the book!
