2022-08-16 19:06:55 +0000 UTCThe big problem with Trans currently is the big push being done in schools to children as young as 5 years old. Too many teachers and admins are getting involved to the point of doing things without parents knowledge or permission and that has caused a huge backlash against the trans community. Its one thing for a teacher to talk to parents and advise them their kid may be trans and they should look into it but its quite another for them to provide clothing and refer to them by different names and pronouns. People are referring to this as grooming and even organizations such as Gays Against Grooming are calling this out as wrong. Another issue complicating things is people refusing to refer to women as "women" or mothers. Calling them birthing people or people who menstruate is insulting and degrading IMO and I find it amazing that so many females are willing to allow themselves to be erased like this. These things have started to leak into our beloved anime/manga/games and its going to have to be addressed straight on soon.
