Devlog #016

We start April and with the new month we have another new entry with information on the progress of the episode and our approach for this period. Thank you for your attention and we'll work hard because your support will be rewarded with good content.

• Writing

We have finished writing the script for episode 9.2. And we have already started to transfer it to the engine. Very soon it will be in translation and we'll be able to give dates of publication, name of the episode, etc. That means that its release isn't too far away.

• Art

We are with the second CG -the one of Kyeran-. Finally, a new background will enter this episode and we'll see if we can finally get Amanita's sprite in. Apart from that, there're still the new expression and the last CG that would belong to Akane.

• Programming

It's planned an implementation of a special menu after the splash screen, similar to the one for the events in which you can select the language of the game. This screen will save having to do it in the future or navigating through the game without fully understanding what it says.

We'll also soon be fixing bugs in the credits menu and textual bugs in both the English and Spanish versions of episode 9.1

• Other

After finishing with everything we still have pending on Patreon and the episode, we intend to update the press kit and make progress on both Witch Tales and the project we'll be submitting to the contest.

Comenzamos abril y con el nuevo mes tenemos otra nueva entrada con información del progreso del episodio y nuestro planteamiento para este periodo. Agradeceros vuestra atención y trabajaremos duro porque vuestro apoyo se vea recompensado con buen contenido.

• Escritura

Hemos terminado de escribir el guión del episodio 9.2. Y ya hemos empezado a pasarlo al motor. Muy pronto ya estará en traducción y podremos ir dando fechas de publicación, nombre del episodio etc. Eso significa que su salida no está muy lejana.

• Arte

Estamos con el segundo CG -el de Kyeran-. Finalmente, entrará un nuevo fondo este episodio y veremos si podemos meter finalmente el sprite de Amanita. Aparte de eso, aún quedan la nueva expresión y el último CG que pertenecería a Akane.

• Programación

Está planeado una implementación de un menú especial tras la splash screen, similar al de los eventos en el que poder seleccionar el idioma del juego. Esta pantalla ahorrará tener que hacerlo en el futuro o navegando por el juego sin comprender bien del todo lo que pone.

También nos pondremos en breve con la corrección de bugs en el menú de créditos y bugs textuales tanto de la versión en inglés como en castellano del episodio 9.1.

• Otros

Tras terminar con todo lo que aún nos queda pendiente de Patreon y del episodio, tenemos intenciones de actualizar los kit de prensa y hacer avances tanto en Witch Tales, como en el proyecto que presentaremos a concurso.
