Love the standing on one leg stage. I do a lot of core mobiity training for back injuries guided by the Military Rehabilitation Centre, which involves a lot of exercises performed on one leg or offset weighted. I never thought to try that at the range. Will give it a go this Saturday. Hopefully my partner can film it, as it will either be awsome or hilarious...
