Land of The Losers - Book Review By Alexander Grace

Back in August, this guy contacts me via email talking about promoting this book on my channel. I occasionally get requests like this and I organised to have a chat with him over the phone. His internet name is Solaris.  

Now I’m usually quite sceptical in situations like this but I had a really good chat with the guy. He was intelligent, accomplished, very articulate and told me some of the early history of MGTOW, which he was around for and contributed to.

After the chat, he sent me through a PDF of the book. He had hard copy versions available but I just wanted to give it a quick glance. To be honest, my expectations were low.  

Within 10 pages I was completely hooked. I read through the entire book in just a couple of days. My friends can verify this when I say that I have been looking for exactly this style of book.

Reading it was one of the most pleasurable literary experiences of my life. I contacted Solaris and told him that I had to be involved with promoting this book. It was exactly the kind of product I wanted to promote on my channel.

Some of the sponsor ships I’ve been offered have not really reflected me or my personality, they weren’t something I felt I could fully endorse and so when I read this book, I got really excited.  

This book is the best Red Pill book on the market.  

I loved the books by Rollo Tomassi, David Deida and many others but if I’m speaking honestly, they took me a few months to get through. The information was fantastic but that’s just the way I am with pure theory books, they are a struggle to get through. It’s like reading a textbook for university. You learn a lot but the experience isn’t really that enjoyable.  

Land of the Losers is in a class of it’s own. Even though it’s over 300 pages, I finished it in a few days. It wasn’t a chore, I was absolutely gripped. It was a thoroughly pleasurable reading experience.  

When I browse the Red Pill subreddit, I find myself clicking on the ‘Field Reports’ more often than the pure theory because I want to know about people’s real life experiences. I want to hear the raw honesty that comes from navigating real social situations and applying Red Pill theory.  

Land of the Losers is a gift sent from heaven for a guy like me. This book chronicles the journey of a genuinely Nice Guy from the beginning of his dating career until the present day.  

He goes into extremely intimate detail with all the girls he dated and some of the stories are devastating. I’m sure every nice guy out there will be able to relate to the main character as his good intentions are constantly met with occasional female indifference but more often outright exploitation.

With astonishing honesty, he relates his interaction with every girl he has a crush on, every girl he has sex with and how they treat him. It is a fascinating look into the psychology of a smart, polite guy as he tries to navigate the female psyche. What’s especially fascinating is his relationship with his fiancee, referred to in the book as Lying Whorebag, who is without a doubt the poster child for female entitlement and irrationality.

Many parts of the book had me laughing out loud. Others made me want to cry. Some parts made me want to cringe and others made me want to yell out in anger.  

It’s not just that this guy led a fascinating life with regards to a large variety of women. The book is also extremely well written. Though the story is of just one individual, the project was a collaboration of four different individuals who all contributed to the editing process.

The end result is a book that is well paced and has no difficulty keeping your attention. It is so easy to sympathise with the main character that you go on this emotional journey with him. His pain is your pain, his triumphs are your triumphs. From his experiences, you understand why he reaches the conclusions that he does. At times he speaks out of bitterness and other times he is more reflective, but each insight he gains is one that resonates, driven home with the knowledge of the experiences that led to it.  

This book does such an excellent job at demonstrating the difficulties faced by men in the current social context that it’s one I would happily pass on to female friends. With so much Red Pill material bogged down with bitterness and mindless misogyny, it’s difficult to find material you feel like you could publicly distribute to the women you know.  

This is that book. While the main character is no angel figure (there is even a humorous/devastating part of the book where he descends from being NiceGuy to EvilGuy), he is unfailingly sympathetic. Even the most hard hearted feminist would have difficulty not empathising with what he’s gone through.  

His experiences are those shared by millions of men across the western world. Though while we might only be able to relate to a few of the stories, it seems as though he lived them all!

That’s what’s so fantastic about this book. He tells our story for us with honesty, dignity and a sophisticated literary style. Do yourself a favour and buy this book right now. I guarantee it will enrich your life.
