2022-06-04 17:00:57 +0000 UTCReally solid advice, especially #3. I didn't do #3 because I saw no reason to date until I was ready to marry. I was choosing not to have sex until I was married, so the idea of dating for fun in my teens and early 20s and gaining sexual experience wasn't on my radar. In the end, I married at 27 and made a poor choice of a woman to marry (personality disorder). I ended the marriage when I was 30 after much abuse. Looking at it today, I'm not 100% convinced that saving sex til marriage is the wrong way to go for a man, but I'm much less convinced it's the right way to go.

They are not going to appreciate being taken advantage of just so you can rack up some experience and marry some more liberal girl once you've accrued enough.
