Thanks, Alex, for responding to my comment. One point I'd add is that I think low-quality guys may be particularly susceptible to the wily ways of low-quality women. For example, HQ women are probably boring compared to LQ women, and LQ men are probably more attracted to the excitement offered by LQ women. I'm an older guy, mid-50s, and find your content very helpful as I try to understand the wreckage of my first marriage.

At first I thought, wow maybe I’m not so high quality and then I thought, wow actually you know what. I’m in midst of it all, I just ended a couple month long thing with a girl because I recognized that yeah, she had some nice qualities but she also had a lot of bad qualities that I would never in my life see myself replicating. I’m actually making great progress and after some self reflecting I see it.
