In my experience and in the "red pill len" spinning plates, dating and sleeping around with various women you get the opportunity to experience different types of women and you're able to better identify red flag traits and who has better qualities. The cream will eventually rise to the top. I do agree if a lady is sleeping with you on the first date, you probably cannot take her serious for a LTR. I can see men getting a bitter if they're constantly picking up low quality women one after the other. If you're seeking women at the club or sugar sites I can imagine the majority of women are going to be low quality. Dating apps can be a toss-up, but I have found high quality women on there.
