Wow Alex: "replanish your sperm stock". Next time I will be told not to jerk off so often I will say: I just want make sure my sperm stock gets replanished.

Are you redpilled on WW2?

I don' t think there is a universally agreed upon definition of Red Pill so I just avoid labels altogether.

Is it okay if I ask what topics are you redpilled on?

At 6:55 we all visualized the same thing.

From a woman’s perspective, and this is anecdotal based on personal experience and conversations with friends (so may vary or be wrong for other women), but, physically speaking, the more we masturbate the more “primed” we are for sex in general- we think about sex more, get aroused easier with a partner, stay aroused longer, and are often able to orgasm quicker without a lot of build up compared to when we don’t masturbate regularly. (Assuming of course a woman hasn’t desensitized herself with electronic toys - heard a story about that). Maybe it’s a factor, maybe it’s not... and I imagine there’s a point of diminishing returns.
As for anything scientific, this paper* isn’t specifically about masturbation but talks about orgasm in general. It talks about orgasm in terms of behavioral reinforcement and how for women, “orgasm may serve to reinforce engaging in repeated sex with men” with the outcome being higher likelihood to conceive. Since women don’t always orgasm with a partner, it was discussed how the variable nature of female orgasm lends to even stronger reinforcement when she actually does orgasm. And, when masturbating the likelihood of reaching orgasm is much higher than with a partner. Again, masturbation wasn’t specifically addressed in the paper I referenced, nor did it address what some of us women noticed about the longer term physical aspects post-masturbation- but it does makes me wonder if this “behavioral reinforcement” concept has an impact (on top of some of the physical/biological ones) leading to what many of us have experienced. 🤔

From what I know another explanation for the evolutionary benefits of masturbation is a lowered rate of prostate cancer and also lower levels of cortisol (stress hormone). Men who masturbated were healthier and there for more attractive/ lived long enough to reproduce and those are the genes that got passed on.

Oops second note.
Any of you out there who have been through IVF would have been recited the protocol that in order to maintain healthy swimmers that a daily or every second day practise was required.
This has to be maintained for 1-2 weeks out from your due date (to drop the team off at the lab). However you had to abstain from ejaculation 2 days prior in order to accrue volume. Bare in mind this is for sperm storage.
Now it was explained to me by our geneticist that “in ye oldie times” that the alpha male would have a relatively higher rate of sexual encounters, thus keeping his swimmers fit and fresh. However the beta males and even the outliers would have little to no sexual activity thus having poor sperm vitality. Therefore limiting the chance of passing on their genes even if a beta/outlier were to “get lucky” or most likely take sexual gratification by force.
Regular sexual encounters (both genders) seems the most conducive environment for conception and one off affairs seem more of a lottery.
It doesn’t support AG’s hypothesis, let me know if this is a worthy counter argument?
Peace

Hey there team,
Just a couple of notes.
In regards to fap shaming I highly recommend “Dalton Trumbo’s Masturbatory Epistle To His Son” read by Nathan Lane. It’s an amazing example of how the written word can disarm the most sensitive of subjects.
I showed it to my two sons when they reached their teens to hilarious effect. Although I outed myself as a massive wanker, indeed a master masturbator. It served as a great icebreaker in opening a dialogue for sexual health and also mental health. We still quote lines from the reading to this day. Good times.
