When I worked as a cashier at the checkout, I used to pass the time and amuse myself by seeing how many people I could make yawn. It worked EVERY SINGLE TIME. I would yawn, they would yawn. Some would even apologise and say they were suddenly sleepy which made me feel bad because I knew prompted that reaction. Anyway, long story short, yawning is contagious. Scientists say it's actually to help keep us awake when we feel tired, there are many theories. But personally I have found it to link with sleep. I have used yawning in some previous recordings but this is more focused on yawning. I really hope you enjoy and find this relaxing. Feedback more than welcome!
