2018-05-17 22:27:33 +0000 UTCWell, there is certainly no way I wouldn't be grateful -- the last thing I want to do is tick off Catherine! (Or Odessa, for that matter!) If you see them, please thank them for taking time out of their busy days to grace us with that reading. They certainly add a certain, er, gravitas to that spot where the spirit meets the bone (little chill goes down his spine.) Dunno -- is "behooves" too snooty a word to use? If not, it "behooves" at least ME to be compassionate about what other people are going through, and ESPECIALLY if I don't understand it. Because a lot of times, I'm not so sure what's behind my own Difficulty Du Jour, so how can I relate to theirs? I think true compassion is probably just that -- being sympathetic and understanding regardless of the circumstances. Thanks, as always, for not only the words of wisdom, but the delivery medium. All three of you are the best!
