Unfortunate Turn Of Events

My computer tower's not connected to the modem despite that the PC is connected via ethernet cable. I have no clue if my bro can solve this issue.
To add insult to injury, my computer is seeing better days. I'm stuck on a Startup Repair menu and I cannot use the keyboard and mouse.
In conclusion, life fucking sucks.
