awesome lesson. Gald i checked it out. Key is starting slow I guess. I cant get the fluid string-to-string timing, just don't know its cos my left had a just a tad slower.

Thank you Uncle Ben, for a great exercise! I was never a lead shredder and now I play mostly acoustic stuff, but the shredding exercises are great for any guitar technique. Fun too!

pretty amazing how Paul Gilbert built most of his chops off variation off Ed's "on Fire" and Spanish Fly solos.. not to mention Yngwie's 16th note repeating pattern which gave way to his 6 note turnaround.. he uses on EVERYTHING!!!
