A sneek-peek of how I compose my artwork

Hello my dear friends!

I hope you are all doing great. Here I bring you a small sneek-peek of the new artwork to be posted soon (both here and in Deviantart)  and also, to show you how I compose my images.

1) Normally, I look for the appropriate poses and browse into internet images looking for inspiration.

2) Once found, I make a rough sketch, which then gets cleaned up one or two times

3) Rinse and repeat for each character in the picture.

4) I scan them individually and join them using Inkscape or Adobe Illustrator.

5) Proceed to colour them using the pen tool. I normally use just mouse, not anything fancy (yet) such as a Wacom tablet, hehe

6) I add shading, lighting effects and sometimes a funny background event or Easter Egg.

Also, this MerMay will bring about new surprises...(thanks to my dear friend Luis Castillo) and who knows? A superhero called Volkov might end up turned into a Volkova? Or maybe just chillin' at the Red Square  ;) (special thanks to my great friend SwissAir171)

Mwahahaha, just wait and see comrade! ;) You know me, I might be slow, but I deliver. XD

Genderbending Alexei Evgenyevich Volkov (AKA Partizan) into Alexandra Evgenyevna Volkova (AKA Partizanka)? Naughty, PhysicRodrigo! X3 Guess we'll have to make Violet bisexual, then. I hear Veronica Hazelmeyer (AKA the superheroine Spellcaster) does a mean egg-splicing spell and is go-to person for all your magical lesbian babu needs! XD In all seriousness, though, why choose between genders for a character when you can have both (first one, then the other)? :D
