A little bit about what happened recently

I want to apologize, first and foremost.
I almost had a mental breakdown,
I spent the last 48 days at the city of Los Mochis, working at a fruit packing plant.
I don't pack the fruit. I am the data scientist. Life has been a living hell.
I suffer from workplace harassment, insults and overly extended work hours (+19hours per day)
A strong, pulsating pain in my left temple woke me up the other day, small fever and severe confusion
I know it is not Covid, got myself PCR-tested the same day.
I probably have the early onset of an aneurysma, due to high blood pressure and stress, my doctor says.
I hate this job, it is the best paid one that I have had in a decade, but it is destroying my health: I gained almost 10 pounds in less than a month, I almost stopped drawing, I stopped my spiritual life and I let it turn me into a grumpy-grumps.
I still don't have the heart to flip them all the finger and quit. Last year I was unemployed for 6 months, and I literally drawed to afford rent.

Hello Luis! Good to hear about you! How have you been? I thank you truly for the support and the kind comment. I want to be honest. Today I resigned from that job. Yeah, I did not have offers in other places nor anything secured, but I truly preferred to have peace of mind, after months of workplace abuse. Well, the job market in Jalisco has been a bit depressed, it will certainly recover during the next months, as more people get vaccinated and the economy reopens in general. I have family in neighbor states but I don't wish to be a burden. I will just relax and retake the drawing hobby. I also give you a virtual hug!!!!!!!

If your job is damaging your physical and mental health to the point where it's literally giving you an aneurysm *and* driving you insane, then, for the love of God, quit now, before it's too late! No job is worth your life or your sanity. Besides, you deserve better than they've been treating you. First things first, though get that brain aneurysm of yours treated. Then, when you're well, you can think about taking legal action against your employer(s) for creating a hostile work environment and anything else you can make stick. Take care, my friend.
