Rebirth Updates

I'm still waiting on those January solicitations for Marvel and DC, so I haven't been able to update the modern reading orders yet, but with the little free time I've had this week I did continue my Rebirth re-read each night.
When I create my orders, I generally try to bulk all the events together, so they can be read all at once instead of split between ongoing series. This seems to work in most cases, but did not work well for Heroes In Crisis.
Today I ended up breaking Heroes In Crisis into a few pieces, so that it best reads between other issues/series. I feel like this works a lot better than what I had originally, especially since it takes place over a 5 day period and doesn't need to be read all at once.
This also separated Batman/The Flash: The Price and The Flash Annual #2, so they best fit on the reading order timeline.
Other than that, I moved a few random rows around as I was reading, since I felt they worked better before or after other issues.
If you had markings on any of the rows I updated, I went ahead and updated your columns as well, so no need to worry about confusion there.
