I‘ve been practicing the simple change of the tongue posture for maybe 2 years now because of a mewing video on YouTube lmao
i can definetly say that it has helped increasing my attractivnes. staying in shape and especially fixing your (shoulder) posture is key as well.
Its funny how this probably also is a reason why my medidation got deeper, even though my only intention was to do be more attractiv haha
