"We are moving towards making CUF the default for all monthly creators,
and the terms were written to reflect that. We expect to have CUF as
default before, or soon after, the November 1st effective date. We
definitely appreciate any feedback you have about issues with this, but
we feel pretty strongly that going to default on CUF is the best way to
do it for the vast majority of creators and avoids the theft issues you
mentioned."
