Ah. We truly are the nastiest little man of them all.

Didn’t expect… great mouse detective reference!

J Ortega

The Great Mouse Detective was released in 1986. It was not after your time.

Been listening to you guys for years and yet had two of the best laughs you’ve ever given me in the space of about a minute with “imagine the Nixon boss fight” and “the Furtive Agnew, oft forgotten” great series lads thanks for all the entertainment and coverage

I am a bit late to the party but I just wanted to say it has been a great ride following along with the series. Duckfeed is the first Patreon I have ever supported and Bonfireside Chat is a big reason for that. Love your guys work here and on your other shows!

Our opinions are subjective. The flip side of your comment is people complaining that we end every sentence with “to me” in order to make sure no one gets mad at us. If we didn’t operate under the assumption that listeners could interpret our comments with a little bit of grace and benefit of the doubt then communication would be impossible. - K

I have a real issue with the objective way they say things “are dumb” or “don’t work”.

the comment on Vietnam Souls made me realize Dark Souls one is a lot like Apocalypse Now or Heart of Darkness

Right off the bat the Elden Beast reminded me of Flubber. I think I like them both about the same.

I wish I joined you guys when I first started playing Soulsborne games with Bloodborne and DS3 but I'm super super glad to have been able to have been here since the early Limgrave days! It's fun to have people like you guys I both so strongly align and then not align with. Like I love me some Dragon Ball Z. but also some Lighthouse. We're all a little multifaceted, I suppose. You guys just are so articulate and funny and you explore these games so intricately that I can't help but just get sucked along. Thanks so much for all your hard work. Can't wait for the DLC. I'll def be sticking around and maybe... MAYBE even picking up Baldur's Gate 3 purely to play along with y'all. It's *so* not my kind of game I do like making a character and with you guys lauding it so much I may just take the plunge.

I like horah Lou because what if hulkamania really did run wild

Not sure if I’ve mentioned it prior, but you can fight EB on Torrent via randomizers in arenas like the Fire Giant’s or Radahn’s. As soon as a single golden projectile hits you, Torrent (and you) can easily be stagger locked to death. I think with a few tweaks to EB or Torrent it would work well, but as is it’s simpler to mostly stay off Torrent

Literally the biggest question I have lore wise is how did Marika and Radagon become one? Were they always one, is Radagon his own being, did they join somehow? I hope the DLC maybe answers all these questions… not sure why but I feel like I need to know ha

The entire time!

Great season! I'm looking forward to many episodes of AC6 where one of you does the Michigan voice and the other does snail:D
