Yeah, same ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hmm. I got Wyrm's Crossing, but this guy never came through. Will manually download.

The talk about resistances reminds me of my first fight against Shar’s minions back in the gauntlet: I said to myself ‘they are shadow creatures! For sure radiant damage will be the best option! I buff up my paladin and masterfully maneuver him to be able to hit like for or five with the Blood of Lathander’s sun beam! They died due to vulnerability to radiant damage alright… So did I! Radiant Retort on a critical attack is painful! And the same thing happened again against the final Shar boss in Bauldurs Gate! That teaches me to examine the enemies before attacking…

Same. Hasn’t dropped yet for me on Apple Podcasts.

Did this episode appear on the individual show feed for anyone? Apple Podcasts isn’t picking it up for me :(

Re: Elemental Resistances, just want to shout out the Elemental Adept feat. If you're leaning into an element, it's a no brainer feat. Ignores resistances of the damage type you choose, and you can't roll a 1 on damage with spells of the associated type. Still have to be aware of immunities, but it really helps fire sorcerer overcome a lot of the fire resistant foes in the game.

It’s kinda funny how with Tara, if you have Speak with Animals you can understand her and Gale talks to her but it doesn’t sound like he actually understand what she’s saying.

Lol, we literally talk about that armor in the next eppo. -GB

I've been listening to Duckfeed for so long, "What up, my cuck?" is deep podcast lore for me now.

On the subject of resistances. Bought the Bhaalist Armor on my DURGE run and slapped it on my paladin who is wielding the Nyrulna. Pretty convinced it’s the most busted piece of gear in the game. It gives a passive piercing vulnerability to enemies in an aura around the wielder. So Minthara is doing piercing damage with her spear and she’s also setting up sneak attack for my gloomstalker who regularly does over 100 damage on non crits. Totally insane. Also! Pretty sure that the dwarf dressed in red is a reference to the Hereditary-inspiration film “Don’t Look Now”
