Dear Gary regarding your tree you were talking about on the latest woff I’ve got an option for u use a sawzaw if it’s smaller or chainsaw if bigger then cut it to the base and dump gasoline on it to kill the roots not very eco friendly but a lot of tree services do that to kill the roots/stump

I didn't kill the guys in the Beach House and didn't sell out Mercurio, so later when he healed up he let me know that he killed those guys offscreen. Which is nice attention to detail that he doesn't let the grudge go.

Does the game or Troika ever specify what the player characters' generation is? There's a console command that says it's 10th generation but that doesn't necessarily mean anything, the blood pool would imply 8th generation but allegedly there's a comment from Troika indicating this was a gameplay concession, and the tabletop at the time had characters default to 14th generation, iirc.

Thin blood alchemy in V5 is something me and my usual cohort of players find incredibly incredibly cool, but have never and likely will never play with. The flavor of literally cooking blood, either in your own body, a human’s body, or in a kiln, is so goddamn cool. But nobody wants to be the guy who has to prepare potions every night so that they can use some powers that aren’t even as useful as most disciplines (at level five thin blood alchemy you can make a potion that wakes a vampire up from torpor. A powerful effect in world, but hardly as useful on a night to night basis as Dominate or Presence). The obvious answer is to run a game where everybody is a thin blood, so that everybody is on the same level. But none of us have or are writing that game so *blows raspberry*.

One cool im-sim detail of the beach house dungeon is the circuit breaker in the back that allows you to turn off the lights and sneak through it without combat.

Blade is still awesome and there's no real "scudge". Theres a weird aspect with his mom I forgot about but its supposed to be weird and creepy. Great action and vibes. Stephen Dorf hacking sequences are hilarious

Whoa! I had no idea. -GB

Had a weird edge case where I killed all the drug house goons but somehow avoided Phil Lamarr. A chapter later coming back from the Elizabeth Dane he was standing on the shore waiting for me with two spawned Remi Malek in Mister Robot hoodie goons to take his revenge

Corey Brickley

It sure was! Whoops! Should be fixed.
